City Provides Motorists With Map To Help Them Get Around Roundabout Construction Site
CHEYENNE – With the start of the construction on a new modern-day roundabout at the intersection of East Pershing Boulevard/Converse Avenue/East 19th Street set for Monday, April 15, weather permitting, the City of Cheyenne has prepared a map to provide motorists with assistance getting around the roundabout construction site.
The northern half of the intersection will be closed. Motorists will not be able to access Converse Avenue north of the intersection. Pershing Boulevard west of the intersection will be closed too. Motorists will have access to East 19th Street going eastbound and westbound.
Parents taking children to Carey Junior High School on Pershing Boulevard will be able to access the school to drop off their children as they normally do, but only from the west.
